2025 Avian Influenza case report

ECQMA is informing all producers and stakeholders in the poultry sector of the avian influenza case report for 2025 in Quebec, Canada, and the United States.

In 2025, CFIA reported a total of 10 infected sites in Quebec (7 sites in 2024), including commercial and non-commercial sites with different types of poultry, for a total of 367,173 birds that died or were euthanized due to the disease (73,866 birds in 2024). For Canada, 110 new cases of avian influenza were reported in other provinces.
